Vineyards:
Grapes are sourced from the Helderberg region in Stellenbosch, where decomposed granite soils and a maritime climate contribute to the development of concentrated fruit flavours and balanced acidity.
Viticulture:
Vines are managed with vertical shoot positioning and minimal irrigation to promote smaller berries and enhanced flavours concentration. Grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness to preserve freshness and structure.
Vinification:
After destemming and gentle crushing, fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged in French oak barrels for 12–14 months to integrate tannins and develop complexity.

- Tasting notes: Aromas of blackcurrant, plum, and subtle oak spice. The palate is full-bodied with ripe fruit flavours, velvety tannins, and a lingering finish.
